Training on Welfare Law
We are able to undertake training in areas of welfare law such as social security, community care and mental health as well as in the law and practice affecting older people - wills and probate, powers of attorney, mental capacity, Court of Protection etc.
Alan already performs training for national training providers on the law affecting older people and has for many years trained on areas of social security law, which can cover anything from a basic introduction to benefits, through to a more specialised area such as personal injury trusts to a detailed session on one of the new benefits such as personal independence payments or universal credit.
We are also able to cover areas where social security and provision for older people meet, such as paying for care or entitlement to continuing healthcare.
