(October 09, 2023)Alan has just finished recording a new webinar for the legal profession. Lawyers who make wills need to be sure that their clients have mental capacity to make a will, and the courts are regularly asked to consider what the law should be and to bring it up to date. Alan's webinar is a survey of recent legal cases in this difficult area and will be available on line from MBL Seminars of Manchester.
